Shipping Rates And Information
• Please Note: That some orders may be assessed additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This predominately applies to orders with large quantities of bags ect. If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted to approve these charges before we ship your order.
We do ship internationally. We accept PayPal and Credit Card.
We use USPS and UPS International shipping and Colissimo and Post export to ship. These shipping options are made available to you when you register an account, and when you select the shipping destination for your order during the checkout process.
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment. Please read the information we have provided concerning customs clearance.
• 1-2 days to process your orders, we do not process and ship orders same day of purchase. Therefore please allow us up to 48hrs to process your order, we ship Monday through Friday - excluding weekends and holidays.
• Please allow 8-12 business days for Hair, Fashion delivery.
• Bags are custom made. 15 to 30 days delivery time.
While we do our best to provide all proper documentation for custom officials, they may delay the package transit time by several business days.
• Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Please understand that this is a fee that your country charges to the purchasing party for importing products. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
• Refused Shipments - If you refuse any shipments from Extension Hair & Fashion Lounge.com,
• You are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to extensionhairfashionlounge.com This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
• Coupon codes are not valid for international orders due to the extra amount of care and effort that goes into the packing and shipping each international order.
Return Policy for Human Hair:
Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order
• Chemical alterations or any modifications of any kind made to the product after the sale, make all guarantees null and void.
• We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (Washed, brushed, unrolled, combed or cut).
• We are not responsible for any fees associated with hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.
• We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the packages to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure please show your stylist.
• Do not split apart the bundles, or we cannot accept your return.
• All Sale/Closeout Items are Final Sales and are not returnable.
• All custom orders, are Final Sales.
In compliance with Federal Health Code, all Wigs and Hair Pieces are Final Sales once the sealed package is opened.
Please contact before returning hair to us. The hair must be returned within 15 days from order date, in the original packaged state, in order to receive a store credit or refund for product only. In the event that a replacement product for the returned merchandise should be of lesser value than the original merchandise purchased, the difference in price will be issued as a store credit. Store credits are good for 1 year. We suggest sending all returns and exchanges by certified mail because we are not responsible for any lost packages mailed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us) handling and insurance for returns. The return slip must be filled out and returned with product to ensure proper credit to your account.

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
• Original and return shipping charges
• Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, there is a 15% restocking fee.
